Deer and Elk Meat Recipes

The Canadian Cervid Council is pleased to offer the following recipes from a variety of Canadian resources. These recipes have been specifically designed to bring out the natural taste of farm-raised deer and elk meat.

It should be noted that although deer and elk meat are distinctively different in taste they are still interchangeable in recipes. Please note that the proportions of cuts will vary.
